Community Guidelines
Last updated:
My Flirt (called Flörtüm in Turkish) is a chat app for flirty, playful conversations, run by TATBIQAT ALEASR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY L.L.C. These guidelines apply to everyone who uses the app. They are part of our Terms of Use.
Who you are chatting with
My Flirt is for adults aged 18 and over. These guidelines set the rules for members.
Be kind and respectful
- Treat others the way you would like to be treated.
- Take “no” for an answer. If someone does not want to keep chatting, stop.
- Keep your conversations honest. Do not pretend to be someone else.
- Protect your own privacy and the privacy of others.
What is not allowed
You must not use My Flirt to post, send or share:
- Anything involving minors. You must be 18 or older to use My Flirt. Any sexual content involving anyone under 18 is strictly forbidden and is reported to the authorities. See our Child Safety Standards.
- Harassment and threats. Insults, bullying, intimidation, stalking or threats of violence.
- Hate. Content that attacks people because of their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or age. This includes cursing and insults aimed at someone’s religion or beliefs.
- Unwanted sexual content. Sexual messages or images sent to someone who has not clearly welcomed them.
- Intimate images of other people shared without their consent.
- Other people’s personal information, such as their phone number, address, workplace or ID documents.
- Scams and requests for money. Asking for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, bank or card details, or sending people to outside payment or investment schemes.
- Spam and advertising. Commercial messages, repeated unwanted messages, or links to other apps, services or websites.
- Impersonation and fake accounts. Pretending to be another person or organisation, or creating accounts to deceive others or to get around a ban.
- Illegal content or activity, including selling drugs, weapons or sexual services.
- Encouraging self-harm or suicide.
- Malware or harmful links.
Flirting between adults is part of My Flirt, but chats must stay respectful: sexual content is only acceptable when the other person clearly welcomes it, and never involving minors, violence or anyone who has not consented. Do not use the app to offer or ask for sexual services.
To protect everyone’s privacy, phone numbers written in messages are automatically hidden in the app.
How to report and block
You can flag any profile, from the profile page or from inside a chat:
- Open the profile or the chat.
- Tap the flag option.
- Choose the reason that fits best (for example “This is a fake profile”, “Sexually suggestive element”, “Aggressive or threatening attacker” or “Cursing, insulting, or behavior against religious values”).
- Tap OK.
The profile is then blocked: your conversation with it is deleted and you will no longer see it in the Catalog.
To see or undo your blocks, go to Profile → Blocked Users → Unblock.
To make sure our team reviews a report, email us at support@androidapps.app with:
- the name shown on the profile,
- what happened and roughly when,
- screenshots, if you have them.
The in-app flag blocks the profile and deletes the conversation for you; the reason you choose is not sent to our team as a written report. That is why an email is the way to make sure a person looks at it.
If you are in danger or someone else is at immediate risk, contact your local emergency services first.
How we review reports
When we receive a report, we review the reported profile or content against these guidelines and our Terms of Use. Reports about child safety are handled first.
Reports sent by email are read by a member of our team. We review them as quickly as we reasonably can; the time depends on how serious the report is and how much we need to check.
What we can do
If we find that someone has broken these guidelines, depending on how serious it is, we may:
- remove the content,
- warn the member,
- restrict features of the account,
- ban the account, and prevent it from signing up again,
- report illegal content to the police or other authorities.
We do not accept payment to overlook a violation, and buying Gold or a subscription never gives anyone permission to break these rules.
Appeals
If we took action against your account or your content and you think we made a mistake, email contact@androidapps.app with the subject “Appeal” and the email address of your account. Tell us why you think the decision was wrong. We will review the decision again within a reasonable time and tell you the result.
